Shipping policy

Currently we only offer shipping within New Zealand. If you live elsewhere and are interested in purchasing an item please email us at info@greaterthanceramics.com and we will organise per standard shipping rates.

We will ship your products within 1-3 business days. However, being a small business sometimes things happen and in cases where this target can not be met, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We pack your products in as much recycled materials as possible. This means that sometimes parcels can look a bit funny or pots can have small black marks from newspaper print (comes off super easy with a damp cloth). We encourage you to reuse or recycle the packaging material as far as possible.

Domestic shipping is $8.

Free pickup available in Hillpark, Auckland but can also be arranged for Mount Wellington pick-up. Please note that greaterthanceramics doesn't have a physical store and pick up can only happen on an agreed times, normally within 24hrs. If you need your product urgently, please contact us before your purchase so we can confirm that we can meet your deadline.
